Things to avoid
*Coffees from speciality stores. (Starbucks, dutch bros) unless you carefully indicate what you want in your drink. Remember that sugar free doesn't always mean that you are getting low carbs.

*Half and half. Still a better choice that sugar creamer but it does have a bit more sugar than heavy whipping cream.

      No. Your body processes and reacts to honey/organic or “natural” sugars/agave the SAME way as white table sugar. You can have Stevia or Monkfruit to sweeten.
