What can I add to my coffee?

What can I add to my coffee?

Here at CODE RED, we love our coffee!

You can add the following:
*heavy whipping cream

*monkfruit

*stevia

*sugar free creamer

*NUT PODS! They are made from almonds, coconut cream and come in ALL different flavors. We love love love these! https://www.nutpods.com/collections/dairy-free-creamer?platform=grin&link_id=211396&token=NQJHHLgUXrEH1VsnAIjHRZIjF9uDoKUo&contact_id=108d77ec-6559-49c6-a0df-ce5a1eb77929&attribution_window=30 USE promo code: CODERED for 15% off.

*MCT oil. Here is one we love due to the flavors! https://amzn.to/2TGT93U

*sugar free syrups unless they cause you to stop losing weight.

*Have you tried coconut cream???? Thick, creamy, yummy and dairy free if you need that. https://amzn.to/3iQ5o98

Things to avoid
*Coffees from speciality stores. (Starbucks, dutch bros) unless you carefully indicate what you want in your drink. Remember that sugar free doesn't always mean that you are getting low carbs.

*Half and half. Still a better choice that sugar creamer but it does have a bit more sugar than heavy whipping cream.
