* Citrus, cucumbers, berries as an infusion

* Small amounts of lemon or lime juice

* ONE tea bag for flavor (but no added sweeteners)

**Please note that if your electrolyte replacement is causing some tummy upset (runny poop) you might want to cut back the amount you are taking in. The magnesium in these products can be a cause of loose stool if you drink too much.
