What are some ideas for protein sources if I am vegetarian?

eggs, eggs, eggs
nuts
seeds
greek yogurt 
chia seeds (Our personal recipe for no oatmeal) Cari's NO-Oatmeal (noatmeal) recipe
nut butter 
some veggies (kale, brussel sprouts, mushrooms and spinach have good protein)
not sure if you eat fish or not but that is good as well. We know some vegetarians do. 

*Being vegetarian makes it more challenging but you CAN do it!
