2TBS Chia seeds
2TBS ground flax
Unsweetened nut milk, flax milk etc... (I eyeball this but 1/2 cup ISH?)
Shake it up or stir it up really well

Let it activate (15 min to overnight)
Heat in microwave for 2 minutes

Add anything you'd like
      nuts
      berries
      stevia
      vanilla
      pie spices
      nut butter
      the possibilities are endless

If it too thick or too soupy, you will want to adjust your ratios.
