Can I do the CODE RED lifestyle if I have gout?
One of our most famous rebels is Rodger Williams of Clarkston, WA. He has lost over 100lbs and kept it off and suffers from terrible gout. He found that as long as he avoided his trigger foods, that he did great. Cutting back on processed foods and sugars also helped his symptoms.
