Why can’t I drink milk?
Cow’s milk is FULL of sugar and carbohydrates! As a CODE RED REBEL, you can drink UNSWEETENED almond, flax, coconut or cashew milk.
Can I have honey/ “natural” sugar/agave?
No. Your body processes and reacts to honey/organic or “natural” sugars/agave the SAME way as white table sugar. You can have Stevia or Monkfruit to sweeten.
Can I have peanuts/peas?
No, they are not a nut. They are a legume. Avoid peanuts and peanut butter and peas.

Why can’t I exercise?

Is this too much water for me to drink?
People are CHRONICALLY dehydrated. You need this water. Just for your body to perform BASIC functions, you need at a bare minimum one half of your body weight in ounces/day. So, yes you need the water and yes, you will be fine.
What is an NSV?
NSV stands for Non-Scale Victory. This is when something good happens with your weight loss but not necessarily the scale going down. For instance: clothes fit better, sleeping better, feeling better.
Can I have mayo/sour cream?
You can have FULL FAT mayo/sour cream.
What kind of dressing should I use?
Look for full fat dressings like ranch, Caesar – nothing fruit based or honey based. Stay away from sweet dressings or anything that is low fat.

Why can’t I have cheese?
CREAM CHEESE AND COTTAGE CHEESE are the only cheeses allowed. After writing HUNDREDS of programs, we have found that eating cheese will STOP your weight loss due to the calorie density of the food. HANDS off the cheese!
How many calories can I eat? How much do I eat?
Specific calories amounts varies from person to person and IMPOSSIBLE to determine without a custom program. 1. Eat until you are full. 2. Only eat when you are hungry. This will work well if you follow the rules.
