Why can't I have FRUIT? Does Cristy hate fruit?
Great question! NO Cristy doesn't hate fruit!
We find (over the about 20K people we've coached) that fruit other than berries will SLOW weight loss. It is due to the high sugar content and glycemic index. We think these foods are AWESOME and you absolutely should have them. But in order to get your weight off and be in maintenance mode, we recommend that you avoid those foods for a bit.
