I am not getting emails from Cristy! I stopped getting e-mails. I am having CODE RED email issues. HELP!

We know it is super frustrating to have issues with emails and receiving them.  Our C.O.O. Cari created a video that might give you some helpful hints and tips.

Other tips and tricks:

1. Check alternate folders, including junk/spam and promotions, not just your inbox. Sometimes email providers put emails in strange places.

2. Click on and open Cristy’s emails when they show up. If you don’t consistently open them, you are telling your email provider that they aren’t important. Your email provider wants you to only get emails you want, and sometimes they misjudge which ones are important to you, and which ones aren’t.

3. Whitelist the email address support@coderedlifestyle.com. Here are some instructions explaining what whitelisting means, and how you can do it in several of the most common email providers: https://www.whatcounts.com/resources/checklists/how-to-safelist-emails/

4. If none of the above work, you may need to contact your email provider directly and ask them to mark support@coderedlifestyle.com as safe for you to receive emails from.

5. You may need to delete some emails. Many email providers place a limit on how many emails you can store with them. It’s called a quota. If you are receiving and storing a lot of emails, you may be over quota and need to delete some in order for there to be room in your emails for Cristy’s to come through.
