Can I use my medical flex account or HSA to pay for CODE RED?

People have used their these accounts for CODE RED products. It seems to work best if you pay and then we can send you a receipt. You will need to make SURE you know the specifics of what your program pays and what information they need. We would sugest that you do some research and see what works best and your requirements. If your HSA requires a DRG or billing codes, we won't be able to provide that. Your best bet for insurance or your health care savings program covering your CODE RED program would be to CALL them and see what they require before making any purchases. Sometimes the cards work with our program and sometimes they don't. There seems to be some hold up with the way that CODE RED is "categorized" on the payment side. We are HAPPY to give you a receipt of purchase with the specifics that your insurance company needs. Just let us know. Thanks!
